Filmmaker Farah Khan’s mother Menaka Irani passed away on July 27 at the age of 79 for an unknown reason. cause of her demise is still unknown. However, it was reported that her late mother underwent multiple surgeries due to an unspecified health issue. Yesterday, many celebs were seen arriving at Farah Khan’s residence to offer condolence. Now, more celebs were seen arriving to pay their last respects.
Hrithik Roshan came along with his mother Pinki Roshan whereas John Abraham and Raveena Tandon were also seen attending the last rites. Abhishek Bachchan arrived with his sister Shweta Bachchan and nephew Agastya Nanda. Even Kajol was spotted today arriving at her residence to console her after Khan’s mother passed away. Last night, Shah Rukh Khan arrived with his family Gauri Khan and Suhana Khan to console his good friend Farah Khan.

On July 12, Farah Khan took to her Instagram account and posted a sweet note on her mother’s birthday. Sharing two pictures with her mom, the filmmaker wrote, “We all take our mothers for granted… especially me! This last month has been a revelation on how much I love my mom Menka” . She continued, “She has been the strongest, bravest person I’ve ever seen.. sense of humour intact even after multiple surgeries. Happy birthday mom! Today’s a good day to come back home ♥️ can’t wait for you to get strong enough to start fighting with me again.. i Lov u”
